Bank Hapoalim provides banking services and financial products to millions of people every month across Israel. As the breadth of services increases, the bank looked for a way to strengthen its customer relations efforts, while promoting new products and initiatives. In nurturing Bank Hapoalim’s dialogue with its customer base, the bank also sought to communicate non-financial information thereby attracting customers’ attention and enhancing the branch banking experience. In addition, the displays are integrated with the Bank’s queuing system and present the next number in line.Objectives

Solution
C-nario's Messenger™ was the chosen solution for this project for its ability to answer all bank specific compliance security and network demands:

Implementation
A three month pilot from June to September 2005 has been conducted in 10 branches prior to full software deployment on March 2006 in 250 branches, 4 channels per branch, total 1,000 content channels –the largest installed signage system in local banking industry. March 2006 –to date: Operational phase, constant improvement of content concepts, system managerial tools, content distribution module etc.
Through C-nario’s digital signage solutions, Bank Hapoalim was able to roll out a national digital visual communications network to address all requirements. In one of the largest networks to have deployed worldwide, customers are alerted to Bank Hapoalim’s latest offerings via 1,000 non-stop content channels displayed across thousands of plasma and LCD devices, coupled with multiple feeds of information from various sources.
