Doron Inbar – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Inbar is a Venture Partner at Carmel Ventures. Before joining Carmel, he served in various management positions at ECI Telecom, and was the company’s president and CEO for six years, until December 2005. He serves as a board member and active chairman of several Carmel portfolio companies.

Arnon Diskin – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Diskin, an experienced entrepreneur with extensive experience in the high-tech and IT markets, founded C-nario in 2002 as a spin-off of Disk-In, which he established in 1990. Disk-In is a leading Israeli provider of products and services to the professional and consumer digital video market, and Mr. Diskin serves as the company’s chairman.
Prior to that, he co-founded Triple-D, which provided information technology (IT) services and products. He also headed the Office Automation Division at Tadiran Consumer Goods.
Mr. Diskin holds an MBA in marketing from Tel Aviv University, and a B.Sc. in aeronautical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.


Avishay Ben-Natan – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Ben-Natan is an expert in digital video technologies and responsible for the development of the whole range of C-nario's systems. He has been the CTO of Disk-In since its establishment in 1990, where he accomplished innovative developments of many software products, led the technological support for the company's variety of products and services, and provided close technical consulting to its many high-profile projects.
Prior to that, he was co-founder and CTO of ESL Systems Ltd., an integrator of hardware and software for a variety of application and fields, including databases, networks, LANs,
end-user products, management systems and more. Mr. Ben-Natan studied computer science at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.


Rami Bahar – Vice President of Sales and Strategy Planning
Mr. Bahar is a pioneer and expert in digital signage networks from the industry's early days.  He was the founder and CEO of Speed.Co Systems Ltd., an Israeli company representing Philips Digital Display Solutions. In that role, he initiated and executed the world's first digital billboard network, together with Rapid Vision and C-nario. Previously, Mr. Bahar was Director of Marketing and Business Development for Techno Ralco – a Sharp Corporation distributor in Israel. He also served as marketing director for High Q Ltd. Mr. Bahar holds a Master’s degree in Management in Science from the Boston University – Ben-Gurion University joint program, and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Haifa.


Eyal Rom – Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Rom, an experienced executive in business development of high-tech companies, leads C-nario’s business development activities in the US market. Prior to joining C-nario, he was Executive Vice President of Business Development for Vsoft, a provider of networked digital video solutions for the streaming and management of digital video content. Previously, he served as Vice President Sales of LanOptics, a company that develops, manufacturers and markets computer network systems for LAN and WAN systems, as well as Internet software solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Rom was a Business Development Manager in the Israeli subsidiary of Digital Corp. He holds a BA in economics and business administration from Ben-Gurion University.


Yael Elstein – Vice President of Marketing
Ms. Elstein, a highly experienced marketing expert, leads C-nario’s global marketing efforts. Prior to joining C-nario, she served as VP Global Marketing of Ness Technologies, a global provider of IT services and solutions, operating in 18 countries. Previously, she served as Executive Director of the Marketing and Content Departments of Edusoft, a leading provider of interactive multimedia educational content and learning solutions to corporations, educational institutions, and the consumer market. Ms. Elstein holds a BA in linguistics and political science from Tel Aviv University (Cum Laude), and an MA in Communication and Computers in Education from Tel Aviv University (Cum Laude).
She also completed a special course at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education (Learning Media that Bridge Distance and Time).


Ran Diskin – Vice President of Operations
Mr. Diskin leads C-nario’s efforts in product management, implementation,operations and support.  Prior to his current position, he served as C-nario’s Product Manager. Previously, he established and managed C-nario’s Support Department, and also served as Quality Assurance Manager. Before joining C-nario Ran served as a technical manager at Disk-In. In the past, he served as an electronics officer in the Israel Navy. Mr. Diskin holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.


Sam Losar  – General Manager and COO – C-nario Inc. (C-nario USA)
Mr. Losar has an extensive experience in management and business development. Prior to joining C-nario, he served as the CEO of an IT Service and Integration company.
From 1997 to 2005, Sam served as the President and CEO of Synelec Telecom Multimedia USA, a world leader in the market of signal processing and Video Walls / Data Walls.
Earlier in his career he established and managed two start-up companies in the U.S. and worked for the Government of Israel, Ministry of Defense, Mission to New York as a Contract Manager.
Sam holds an MBA from Pace University, New York and a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
