Orange, a global leading telecommunications provider, with a global customer base of over 182 million, has revitalized its branding across Israel and needed a new customer experience for its concept shops across the country.
Objective
Provide an interactive customer experience for all new Orange concept stores where unique content is tailored per location and
demographics.
Challenge
Combine digital signage with interactive Flash for an all encompassing experience, as well as integrate with the Orange’s CRM system for absolute synchronization between the customers profile per branch and the targeted content/playlist for that branch.
Solution

on the for any customer while getting the service based on the customer’s interests.. In addition C-nario provided Orange with the option of managing and controlling all stores from a unified center, providing better monitoring and control over the stores.
In addition, every product in the store is displays with an accompanied 7” screen that is integrated into C-nario’s solution, providing all the relevant information about the product, making all explanatory information an interactive experience.

The new Orange concept stores that have been recently launched set a new standard for technology concept stores,
creativity, innovation and attentiveness to the profile and interests of the customers.
