The C-Nario Ltd. ("C-nario") Privacy Policy describes how C-nario treats personal information when you use C-nario website or services. To understand how we treat the information you give us through your use of the Site (the "Site"), you should read this Privacy Policy.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. That is why we have adopted this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and explains data collection and use practices for the C-nario network, which includes all web pages and content owned and/or operated by C-nario, including but not limited to C-nario4U (the "C-Nario Network"). By accessing the C-nario Network, you are consenting to our privacy policy, to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use the Site.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept those changes.

Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the Site, we automatically receive the web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of the Site you visit while you are on the C-nario Network, the type of browser you use and the times you access the Site. We use this information only to try to understand our user's preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so as to improve our service and your experience with the C-nario Network. We do not track the websites that you visit before or after you leave the C-nario Network.

We may record information about your usage of the Site, as well as information you display or click on.

We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information to improve the quality and design of the Site and to create new features, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, analyzing, and processing user preferences and trends, activity and communications.

From time to time, C-nario Network may collect non-personal information through the use of a "cookie"s and/or IP address tracking to your computer. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your Internet browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Non-personal information might include the URL, the browser, the type of computer, the operating systems, and the Internet service providers you use, and other similar information. Our system also automatically gathers information about the areas you visit on our site and about the links you select from within our site to other areas of the World Wide Web or elsewhere online. A cookie can not read data off of your computer hard disk or read cookie files created by other websites. Cookies do not damage your system. We use cookies to identify which areas of C-nario's Network you have visited or customized, so the next time you visit, those pages may be readily accessible.

You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies, or allow your browser to show you when a cookie is being sent. If you choose not to accept these cookies, your experience at the Site and other websites may be diminished and some features may not work as intended. C-nario does not use cookies to retrieve information from a computer that is unrelated to the Site.

If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from C-nario Network to you. We retain these records in order to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

We collect, store and process your personal information on servers located in Israel. In some cases, we process personal information on a server outside your own country. We use the information we collect about you in order (1) to provide our services, (2) to provide customer service, (3) to determine your eligibility to receive offers for our services, and (4) to improve our services.

We give access to individually identifiable information about our users only to those employees who require it to fulfill customer service requests.

Disclosure to Third Parties, Links to Other Sites
C-nario may share some of your personally identifiable information with our subsidiaries and affiliate companies around the world. Sharing this information allows us to better understand the ways in which our various product and service offerings can assist you. We do not place restrictions on the use of personal information by our subsidiaries or affiliates but they will treat it at least as protectively as they treat information they obtain from their other users. They also will comply with applicable laws governing the transmission of promotional communications, and give you an opportunity in any such email that they send to choose not to receive such promotional e-mail messages in the future.

We also may share your personal information with third-parties specifically engaged by C-nario to provide services to C-nario (such as market research firms, marketing services providers and advertising agencies), in which case we will require those parties to agree to use any such personally-identifiable data solely for the purpose of providing the specified services to C-nario.
C-nario will not sell or rent any of your personally identifiable information to third parties. C-nario will not share any of your personally identifiable information with third parties except in the limited circumstances described below, or with your express permission. These third parties shall be limited by law or by contract from using the information for secondary purposes beyond the purposes for which the information is shared. We may disclose the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services. We require that they comply with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

We disclose information that we in good faith believe is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity, or to conduct investigations of violations of our Terms of Use.
 
We disclose information, including Users' IP addresses, in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action.

We might share aggregated statistical data with our business partners or for public relations. However, this aggregated information is not tied to personally identifiable information.

As with any other business, it is possible that C-nario in the future could merge with, enter into a joint venture with or be acquired by another company. If such a transaction occurs, the successor company would have access to the information maintained by C-nario, but would continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy unless and until it is amended as described above.

We use IP addresses, browser types and access times to analyze trends, administer the Site, improve site performance and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

C-nario is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. While there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the Internet, we will take all reasonable steps to insure the safety of your personally identifiable information. We restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you and we require them to comply with our privacy policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Please note that if you send us an electronic mail transmission, the email transmission is not necessarily secure and is not encrypted. Accordingly, email transmissions are not necessarily protected from unauthorized access. Transmission of email is at your own risk and we do not accept responsibility for your transmission of personal information or any obligation with respect to that information not submitted over the secure server.
